Warranty

Original invoice must be presented prior to any warranty work. Warranty work can only be performed by us during this period. There will be a $50 service charge if technician finds that it’s not the product fault. If we are unable to repair an item within the in-store warranty period, a comparable model will be supplied as replacement. No refunds, but an in store credit will be issued only as a last resort if a substitution cannot be found. Appliance installations are the customers' sole responsibility. We recommend that qualified individuals perform all installations. Any damage occurring during installation will not be covered.
All products sold by New Country Appliances Inc. have been purchased as re-claimed goods from major manufacturers; therefore they are subject to warranty only as mentioned.
SCRATCH & DENT
Scratch and Dent are products that have cosmetic imperfections.
REFURBISHED
Refurbished products are products that have been returned to the manufacturer. These products are inspected and serviced as necessary. Refurbished products are guaranteed to meet original manufacturer specifications.
RETURNS
Most major retailers send their customer returns back to the manufacturer, regardless of the reason for the return. Most products are returned in perfect condition but are still inspected, serviced as necessary and guaranteed to perform to full manufacturers’ specifications. It’s your opportunity to save big on quality brand name products.
