We require the original invoice for all returns or exchanges.

All products to be considered for return must have their complete original packaging materials including any manuals, printed materials, disks, and cabling. All goods intended for return must be returned to the location of purchase in an un-opened, un-installed, un-used resalable condition. Eligibility of return is only determined or approved following a thorough inspection by our staff.

Within 7 days of purchase items may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

All sales are final, however defective products may be returned for exchange or in store credit.
|
|
Un-opened and un-used products may be considered eligible for exchange or in store credit.
|
|
Monitors and TV’s with less than 7 dead pixels are not considered defective.
|
|
Customer must pay shipping charges for products to be returned or exchanged for both ways.

New Country Appliances Inc. reserves the right to charge min. 20% restocking fees for any
|
|
|
special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing accessories, etc...
|
|
Physically damaged products will not be accepted.
|
|
There is no exchange or credit on final sale or clearance items.
|
|
|
|
After 7 days from purchase, NCA will only accept defective products for warranty service.
