Warranty and Sales Policies.
In-store limited warranty to Mechanical Parts and Labour only for the first 30 days. Original invoice must be presented for all repairs and warranty. ($25 service charge for looking up lost invoices) Warranty work can only be done by us during this period. There will be a $50 service charge if technician finds that it’s not the product fault. Appliance installations are the customers’ sole responsibility. We recommend that qualified individuals perform all installations. Any damage occurring during installation will not be covered. All products sold by NCA have been purchased as reclaimed goods from major manufacturers; therefore they are subject to warranty only as provided by NCA. 20% re-stocking charges apply on any item considered for return and an in-store credit will be issued. NO REFUNDS. Ownership of goods remains with NCA until paid in full. NCA is not liable for any consequential damage to any kind of property arising from products sold by us.
