New Country Appliances Inc. is headquartered in Chilliwack, BC and has over 30,000
sq. ft. of warehouse space with on-site certified technicians having 20-30 years
of experience each. We are able to repair any type of Appliances, Kitchen & Home
Electronics. We have a few retail locations throughout the Lower Mainland, BC as
well as a network of over 30 dealers throughout Western Canada.
We are able to handle very large volumes of freight damaged, refurbished, customer
returns, discontinued or overstocked products. We purchase all products without
any current or future warranties. Each and every piece goes through strict testing
as per manufacturers specifications, any faults found are repaired if feasible to
do so. Any item found to be defective or requiring an extensive amount of work is
then disposed of as scrap.
As we continue to experience constant growth, new suppliers are always of great
interest to us. We are willing to purchase and ship products of any make, model
or age available from anywhere in Western Canada.
We are able to de-brand the products both internally and externally if required,
which may involve but is not limited to removing decals, serial number, brand name,
model number or any other procedures we asked to follow as per company policies.
We are also able to report Technicians Repair Data for each individual product if
required, which may be used in your manufacturing facilities to lower the number
of manufacturing defects or other complaints in the products.
If any product is deemed un-repairable and is being disposed of or recycled as scrap,
we can de-brand the product and remove any labels if required by your company.
Liability and Warranty:
When any product is sold by NCAI, it is warranted by NCAI and sold with our own
liability, terms and conditions. It is clearly stated on each invoice that “all
items sold by NCAI have been purchased as re-claimed goods from major manufacturers,
therefore are subject to warranty only as provided by NCAI”
When products are sold to NCAI, your company may write those products off and never
have to worry about any warranty issues arising from those products.
Competition:
We closely monitor that none of the products sold by NCAI or its dealers are advertised
in any way that may cause revenue loss or competition among any of the major manufacturers.

product warehousing as we are capable of accepting and recording inventory in large
quantities. Our Chilliwack facility provides easy in and out docking for transport
